Interested? **Then \#JoinFibracem!** **Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s compliance program; * Ensure adherence to applicable legislation (e.g., LGPD, Anti-Corruption Law, and regulatory standards); * Draft and review internal policies, standards, and procedures; * Conduct compliance and financial risk assessments, proposing action plans; * Deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns on ethics and compliance; * Investigate reports and conduct confidential internal processes; * Prepare, analyze, and monitor budget; * Perform performance analyses (actual vs. budget), identify variances, and propose corrective actions; * Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs; * Support strategic decisions based on data and financial analysis. **Requirements:** * Maintain and use personal protective equipment. * Perform daily cleaning of material handling equipment. * Report potential failures to Supervisor/Team Leader and/or Inspector. * Keep Stock Cards, Process Cards, and Inventory Control Sheets up to date. * Receive, inspect raw materials and finished products. * Record inventory entries and exits. * Issue and record inter-unit transfer invoices (NFs). * Assist and supervise loading operations. * Sort and group products for sales or material requisitions. * Final packaging for transportation. * Occasionally operate electric forklifts and manual pallet jacks, as required by department demand.
