Ensures project timelines, budgets, and quality The **PMO Engineer** (Project Management Office) is a professional who works at an organization's Project Management Office, responsible for activities related to engineering project development and execution. Their primary function is to ensure that projects are completed within established timelines, respecting approved budgets and meeting required quality standards. THIS POSITION IS ALSO OPEN TO **PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Technical Project Monitoring:** Ensures that project objectives are achieved in accordance with the defined scope. * **Schedule Development and Control:** Develops detailed schedules reflecting all project phases, monitors progress, and implements adjustments when necessary to maintain alignment with established deadlines. * **Cost Monitoring:** Monitors project-related costs, ensuring expenditures remain within the approved budget and identifying opportunities for financial optimization. * **Interface with Different Departments:** Acts as the liaison between engineering and other company departments, facilitating communication and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned regarding project objectives and progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * **Project Management Certifications:** Holding recognized certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable and demonstrates in-depth knowledge of project management practices. * **Knowledge of Management Methodologies:** Familiarity with methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile, applying\-them according to the nature and specific needs of each project. * **Communication Skills:** Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, facilitating understanding between technical and non-technical teams. * **Proactivity:** Aptitude to anticipate challenges, propose innovative solutions, and lead teams toward achieving established objectives. **Additional Information** **Reside in Curitiba/PR** **Work Modality: 100% In-person.** **Administrative hours, Monday through Friday.** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and performance; Baby gift kit; Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing Lot 1 of the Paraná State Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This investment covers a variety of improvements, including mechanical medical services, truck driver rest stops, weighing systems and scales, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local employment and supporting regional development. According to the federal government, it is estimated that 81,700 direct and indirect jobs will be created, along with fiscal contributions to the municipal governments of the 18 cities served by the highway network.
