




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for HR department routines, including employee registration, updates, employee assistance, and time tracking and payroll control. Direct support and assistance to employees Job Description: Employee registration in the Nexti system; daily time tracking updates; employee assistance via direct messaging; holiday registration; sending summonses via Digital HR; vacation scheduling via Operations Desk; adjustment of time tracking inconsistencies and employee time tracking requests; verification of employee geofencing; registration of job positions and cost centers; analysis of medical certificates and entry into the Nexti system; registration of work shifts and schedules, and verification of absences and hours on employee payroll. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Systems Development, or related fields; proficiency with systems; prior experience in this role. Knowledge of HR department processes and familiarity with the Nexti application will be considered advantageous. Easy access to the Vista Alegre neighborhood and availability for immediate start. Salary: R$2\.600,00 Meal allowance: R$ 900,00 per month (multi-benefit card) Transportation allowance (6% deduction) or fixed transportation assistance of R$ 133,00\.
