Support for Human Development and People Management routines The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in Curitiba (Industrial City). **Responsibilities:** Conduct thorough verification of payroll, benefits, and timekeeping records (handled by an assistant). Act as the Director's right-hand person, providing data and strategic support for decision-making. Deliver consultative support to employees, especially in industrial environments. Calculate overtime hours and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Support Human Development and People Management routines. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Development Analyst, Human Resources Consultant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
