Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine at BP as an HR Analyst in the Culture and Leadership Management team?** * Structure, organize, and monitor internal leadership development programs * Directly support the **FCL (Corporate Leadership Development Program)** and **PDL (Leadership Development Program)** * Plan schedules, learning paths, and development activities * Support the creation of new programs targeting leaders and managers * Ensure program execution (sending invitations, organizing sessions, monitoring progress, and providing support during meetings) * Organize and monitor events, training sessions, and meetings related to leadership development * Coordinate with internal and/or external facilitators * Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress * Monitor feedback and propose continuous improvements to programs **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to join us?** * Completed or near-completion undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor * Excellent public speaking ability, active listening skills, and adaptability when working with leaders at all levels * Proactive profile with initiative and a hands-on attitude to turn projects into reality * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility to ensure actions are carried out from start to finish * Analytical thinking and decision-making capability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in HR metrics * Partnership-oriented mindset: an HR function that supports, guides, and also holds leaders accountable for development **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in HR or people development-related fields * Interest in or experience with training, development, or corporate education * Experience organizing internal trainings, workshops, or events * Strong group facilitation skills and comfort interacting with audiences * Interest in organizational culture and leadership development **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per workday; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub; * Birthday day off; * "Just dress, no code"; * Career development plan; **After probation period, additional benefits include:** * Dental care plan; * Multi-benefit card.
