Our purpose is "Uniting people through smiles," achieved by a team of committed, high-performing collaborators. **What we expect from you:** **** Credibility and innovation in actions Commitment to excellence Valuing people Integrity in relationships Clear communication Check out this opportunity if you identify with our culture! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue invoices (Individuals and Legal Entities), ensuring compliance with tax legislation and contractual terms. * Review contracts, registration data, and commercial conditions prior to billing execution. * Perform monthly billing control and monitoring, ensuring data integrity and deadline adherence. * Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or risks in the billing process, taking preventive and corrective actions. * Prepare and monitor managerial billing reports, supporting financial and strategic analyses. * Serve as the interface point between Commercial, Finance, and Accounting departments, ensuring alignment of information and processes. * Support internal and external audits by organizing required documents and evidence. * Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes by proposing standardization, controls, and optimizations. * Support the organization of the billing workflow and the development of routines and departmental indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in billing, including fiscal and financial routines. * Knowledge of basic tax legislation. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Experience with ERP systems. **Additional Information** **Differentiator** * Knowledge of financial control and reconciliation processes. * Experience with managerial reporting and data analysis. * Experience in process improvement or routine standardization. **Additional Information:** Work Modality: In-person Work Location: Hauer, Curitiba/PR.
