Perform control and organization of filing systems and administrative documents, ensuring easy access and timely updating of information. Prepare billing reports, monitor results, and assist in the company's financial control. Enter purchase invoices (incoming invoices) and return invoices into the system, ensuring data accuracy and correct recording of transactions. Tasks related to standard Administrative Assistant duties. Position located in Curitiba / PR. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
