Optimize processes for effective financial solutions Grupo Catálise is seeking a professional to work as **\\"Investment Fund Structuring Analyst\\"**. **Job Mission:** Ensure efficient transition and structuring of FIDCs, ensuring documentary compliance, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and optimizing processes to deliver effective and successful financial solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the internal sales team by facilitating the transition of clients acquired by the sales team into the fund structuring process; * Provide support and assistance to suppliers, clients, administrators, custodians, and other market participants. * Define the FIDC structure, including creation of senior, mezzanine, and subordinated shares, where applicable; * Prepare and operationalize documentation required for fund creation and registration, including the FIDC regulations. Collaborate with the sales team and client to define the investment policy and eligibility criteria for receivables; * Open and monitor tickets on external supplier platforms. * Maintain records: keep detailed and up-to-date records of all phases and decisions in the fund structuring process using tools such as Pipefy and Project; * Provide support and assistance to suppliers and clients, including administrators, custodians, systems providers, certifiers, registrars, and the client. * Handle internal requests through direct interaction with internal Catálise teams such as registration and IT; * Conduct and coordinate client operational tests with the operations desk team; * Optimize internal controls and processes; * Internal reporting: provide internal reports to the structuring and projects team, as well as to Catálise, via weekly status reports. * Handle internal requests through direct interaction with internal Catálise teams such as registration, sales, and IT; * Internal reporting: provide internal reports to the structuring and projects team, as well as to Catálise, via weekly status reports. **Desired Experience:** * Knowledge of the financial market / familiarity with Investment Funds; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Organized profile with strong concentration ability; * Familiarity with requirements outlined in CVM Resolution No. 175 is desirable; **Mandatory Training / Knowledge:** * FIDC Structuring and Operations * Financial Market Rules and Regulations * Credit Analysis and Risk Management * Legal and Regulatory Documentation for Funds * Customer and Supplier Relationship Techniques * Internal Procedures and Operational Controls * Compliance and Ethics in the Financial Market **Desired Training / Knowledge:** * CPA 20 or other ANBIMA certifications * FIDC knowledge * Project Management Tools (Pipefy, Project) **Desired Attitudes:** * Proactivity * Attention to Detail * Effective Communication * Flexibility * Results Orientation * Collaboration * Organization * Resilience * Ethics and Integrity
