If you are organized, proactive, eager to learn, ready to grow professionally, and enjoy working in this field, this is your chance! **Main responsibilities:** * Communicate\-directly with customers, handling registrations, payment requests, and after\-sales support. * Monitor daily process updates and track shipment and delivery forecasts for orders. * Evaluate customs classification of goods (NCM) and analyze inspection photos and reports. * Obtain international freight quotations and oversee the entire logistics operation, including monitoring customs broker activities. * Arrange insurance endorsement and verify import documents (Proforma Invoice, Import License, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Transport Documents, Certificate of Origin). * Monitor issuance of tax documents and invoicing, perform cost projection calculations. * Develop and update work tools to optimize processes.
