Help with vacation tracking and electronic timekeeping The company is seeking an HR Department Assistant in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Support payroll processing and verification. Verify payroll events, entries, and reports. Provide support for onboarding and termination processes, including employee registrations, verifications, and document organization. Manage and calculate employee vacation entitlements. Assist in closing and verifying electronic timekeeping records. Support preparation and submission of ancillary obligations such as eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, and other related routine tasks. Maintain up-to-date employee registrations in internal systems. Organize and archive physical and digital labor documents. Provide first-level support to employees and clients, escalating complex requests to the responsible analyst. Support HR department routines in the Domínio system. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or HR Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
