Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, safely maneuvering vehicles, and organizing the parking lot, acting attentively and promptly reporting any incidents. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking lot; • Identify whether customers are registered users (sticker displayed on vehicle rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to appropriate locations (in accordance with parking lot regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Always act attentively; * Promptly report to the Supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the shift cash closure report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/Knowledge of both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer Orientation.
