Job Summary: Ensure fleet operational efficiency by managing maintenance, refueling, and vehicle performance—guaranteeing availability and safety, while maintaining communication with supervisors and drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Control and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet. 2. Monitoring of fuel consumption and vehicle performance. 3. Effective communication with frontline supervisors and fleet drivers. **Position: Senior Fleet Analyst** **Job Mission:** Ensure fleet operational efficiency through control and monitoring of maintenance, refueling, and vehicle performance—ensuring availability, safety, and cost reduction, as well as maintaining effective communication with frontline supervisors and drivers. **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree. **Technical Knowledge:** * Control of corrective and preventive maintenance; * Management and monitoring of refueling activities; * Monitoring of vehicle mileage (KM); * Basic understanding of fleet operational cost control; * Familiarity with fleet management systems is desirable. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Perform control and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet; * Monitor fuel consumption and identify potential deviations; * Track vehicle mileage and performance; * Maintain contact with frontline supervisors and fleet drivers (in-house and/or contracted); * Support the organization and control of fleet documentation; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and operational routines. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Proactivity; * Punctuality; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Availability:** Willingness to travel.
