We seek a professional aligned with our values—committed, results-oriented, and guided by professional ethics. **Responsibilities:** * Support facilities management, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's infrastructure (cleaning, maintenance, general services, space organization, and support to departments); * Monitor suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and contract compliance; * Assist in managing day-to-day demands, such as internal service requests, preventive and corrective maintenance; * Support the organization of internal events, corporate initiatives, and employee engagement activities; * Provide support for internal marketing demands, including institutional campaigns and endomarketing initiatives; * Assist in creating and organizing simple materials (announcements, presentations, internal communications); * Support budget control for the department and tracking of costs related to facilities and internal initiatives; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in the field; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong organizational and information analysis skills; **Remuneration**: R$ 2\.841,10 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance OR * Parking fully covered by the company; * Meal allowance \- R$ 37.00 per day \- Flash; * Food allowance \- R$ 200.00 per month \- Flash; * Group life insurance \- Metlife; * Birthday day off; * Total Pass, extended to 3 dependents; * Newborn gift basket. * Unimed health plan, extended to dependents (after 90 days); * Pharmacy card (after 90 days) \- Ecx Card; **Work Location**: Batel \- Curitiba **Employment Type**: CLT \- 100% on-site Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
