Job Summary: We are seeking a Valet Team Leader with experience in team leadership, parking organization, and vehicle maneuvering to ensure safety and smooth operations. Key Highlights: 1. Maneuvering automatic and manual vehicles when necessary We seek a **Valet Team Leader** with experience in private parking facilities or restaurants, strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to lead teams. Proven experience as a valet, hands-on team coordination experience, and a minimum of **2 years of Category B driver's license (CNH)** are essential. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Pluxee grocery allowance (R$ 100.00\) * Union agreement (Sindhotéis) * Tips * 13th-month salary * Birthday day off **Work Schedule:** Rotating **6x1** schedule (1 day off per week and 1 Sunday off per month) * **Monday to Friday:** 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM * **Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays:** 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM * Banked hours **Requirements:** * Experience as a **Valet/Driver** and in a leadership or supervisory role; * Category **B** driver's license (CNH) held for at least 2 years; * Knowledge of parking organization and vehicle flow management. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise the valet team; * Organize vehicle flow in the parking area; * Maneuver automatic and manual vehicles when necessary; * Record vehicle entry and exit; * Ensure vehicle, facility, and team safety; * Maintain workplace organization and operational efficiency.
