If you reside in Curitiba/PR and are interested in joining Market4u, then this opportunity could be yours! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Role Mission** Execute and support collections routines with market4u franchisees, ensuring receivables control, reduction of delinquency, compliance with financial policies, and maintenance of a professional and structured relationship with the franchise network. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct proactive and reactive collections with franchisees holding outstanding invoices; * Monitor overdue and upcoming amounts in the franchisee portfolio; * Negotiate payment terms and conditions according to the franchise’s financial policies; * Record contacts, agreements, negotiations, and interactions in internal systems and controls; * Update collection statuses and maintain an organized portfolio; * Issue bank slips (boletos), duplicate copies, and payment receipts; * Track payments made and support basic reconciliations; * Support resolution of franchisees’ financial pending matters; * Collaborate closely with departments such as Franchising, Commercial, and Customer Service; * Assist in preparing delinquency reports and financial monitoring reports; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, routines, and procedures within the finance department; * Maintain confidentiality, organization, and integrity of financial and registration data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** **Education** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related fields; **Experience** Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or customer/partner relationship management. **Technical Knowledge** * Customer service; * Basic negotiation skills; * Issuing and managing bank slips (boletos); * Organization and management of customer/partner portfolios; * Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; * System usage. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM with 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday) **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract) **Benefits:** AMIL Health Insurance + AMIL Dental Insurance + Gym Allowance (R$50.00) + Mental Health Support (Vittude App) + Life Insurance + Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher + Pharmacy Allowance + Partner Parking Facilities + 25% discount on purchases at market4u + Swile: within the app, you have access to Swile Shop offering various deals at stores, pharmacies, gyms (TotalPass), and restaurants + Career Development Path + Monthly Feedback + People Cycle — Performance Evaluation, PDI (Individual Development Plan), and Competency-Based Feedback + After 2 years: Education Allowance + Language Learning Allowance + Professional Development Course Allowance. * **On-site cafeteria; rest area for breaks and post-lunch relaxation; autonomous Market4u store located in the office offering 25% discount on products.** Market4u was born with a great purpose: **to bring greater convenience to people through technology and mutual trust.** This same philosophy guides our daily operations and drives our team to make history in this grand mission of revolutionizing retail.
