Ensuring proper use of PPE and uniforms **Cleaning Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** * Delegate daily tasks to the team. * Present the task schedule. * Guide and supervise teams during service execution. * Inspect services performed by staff during the day. * Verify outgoing and returning cleaning materials. * Ensure proper use of PPE and uniforms. * Report absences to the immediate supervisor. * Conduct final service inspection before client handover. * Schedule a meeting time with the service responsible person for presentation. * Present the completed service and accompany the signing of the completion certificate. * Document all stages with photos for control and verification. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school (college degree preferred). * **Courses:** * Leadership and management (preferred). * Cleaning and maintenance supervision (preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite. * Post-construction cleaning techniques. * Cleaning products (safe and effective usage). * **Experience:** * Minimum of 6 months in cleaning services and team management. * Experience as a cleaning supervisor in small or medium-sized companies. * **Competencies:** * Leadership ability. * Organization and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2.279,00** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 900,00** * Food Basket: **R$ 80,00** * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Optional weekend work (with bonus and overtime pay).
