Then let’s get started—I’ll show you what we’re looking for: **Position:** Procurement Analyst **Work Location:** IOP Oncoville – Curitiba \- Ponta Grossa Highway BR\-277, 1437 – Mossunguê, Curitiba/PR **Main Responsibilities** * Perform administrative routines for the procurement department, ensuring supply to all units; * Procure medications, hospital supplies, dietary items, office supplies, cleaning materials, and other supplies; * Verify, register, and monitor approved suppliers; * Control inventory levels, ensuring minimum stock requirements are met; * Issue and track purchase orders, monitoring delivery deadlines; * Analyze purchase requests from units, prioritizing demands according to departmental guidelines; * Prepare procurement reports and support leadership with data and performance indicators; * Identify new suppliers and alternative products, seeking better cost\-effectiveness; * Comply with technical, administrative, safety, and institutional guidelines. **Requirements** Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, Hospital Management, or related fields; 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare sector; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of priority. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with the Tasy system; Experience in a hospital or clinical environment; Knowledge of supplier qualification processes.
