They coordinate and monitor the technological control of construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to established guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the construction team in production monitoring and quality control, ensuring compliance with procedures, technical standards, specifications, and execution drawings. * Prepare, monitor, and analyze non-conformance reports. * Conduct and consolidate technological control reports for construction projects, including material testing and construction process evaluations. * Produce quality management reports for construction projects, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. * Perform on-site inspections and external activities, verifying compliance with current standards, project documents, and technical requirements. * Supervise activity execution to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and technical requirements. * Coordinate and monitor technological control of construction projects, working collaboratively with internal teams and service providers. * Prepare technological control and construction inspection follow-up reports, documenting evidence and proposing corrective actions when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technologist degree; Technical degree in Building Construction; Technologist degree in Civil Construction; or related fields.
