The professional will act as the liaison between our factory in Pomerode (SC) and high-end clients, overseeing all stages—from technical alignment and measurements to installation and final delivery. Responsibilities and Duties Main Responsibilities: * Bridge communication among sales, technical, and installation departments to ensure excellence at every project stage; * Conduct technical site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to align details and develop customized solutions; * Prepare precise and clear measurement reports and technical documentation; * Supervise PVC window and door installations in high-end construction projects, ensuring technical compliance, adherence to schedules, and quality standards; * Coordinate construction project timelines, anticipate requirements, and resolve potential interferences; * Ensure flawless delivery with absolute focus on customer satisfaction.
