Job Summary: Bari is seeking a professional to support technical feasibility studies, analyze data, and collaborate on engineering projects in the real estate lending market. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Geoportals, or similar) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior internship or junior-level experience in engineering, construction sites, projects, budgeting, or real estate documentation; * Experience in real estate appraisal; * Behavioral profile: communicative, with multidisciplinary interest in the banking and real estate sectors.
