Opportunity for learning and development in the maintenance field **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machines and equipment; * Support identification of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures under supervision; * Perform cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments on equipment; * Support replacement of parts, components, and tools; * Organize tools, materials, and the work environment; * Complete service orders and maintenance records; * Follow safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Support the maintenance team in general area activities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related fields; * Technical course in progress or completed courses in maintenance (desirable); * Basic knowledge of occupational safety (NRs); * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Easy access to the Boqueirão neighborhood **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Teamwork; * Organization and responsibility; * Attention to detail; * Commitment to safety and results. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in an industrial environment; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; * NR-10 and/or NR-12 certification. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: BRL 880.00 / month * Food voucher: BRL 40.50 / working day * Dental plan * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program (PLR): 40% of base salary * Overtime pay (when authorized by manager) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM — availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.
