Focus on safety, quality, and productivity **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Welder/Assembler I** to work in the manufacturing and assembly of metal structures. This is a **temporary position**, with potential for permanent employment based on performance and internal demand. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding and cutting of metal parts using MIG welding. * Prepare parts, materials, equipment, and accessories for task execution. * Read and interpret technical drawings. * Perform assembly, adjustments, beveling, and visual inspections. * Carry out repairs and finishing of welds when necessary. * Organize the workplace, maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep. * Strictly comply with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a welder and assembler. * Welding certification/training. * Knowledge of welding processes and interpretation of drawings. * Skill in assembling metal structures. * Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. **We Offer:** * Competitive market salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance Employment type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Welder (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
