Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage A collective catering and industrial kitchen company is seeking a Bakery Assistant in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and desserts in general. Support production of cakes, pies, sweets, and other bakery items. Maintain organization and hygiene of the work environment and utensils. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Follow food safety standards at all production stages. Support the bakery team according to departmental demands. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Junior Baker, or Baker may indicate suitability for some duties of this position.
