CAREER AND DEVELOPMENT ICOMON is committed to supporting the training and development of its employees through comprehensive programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical education or completed/pursuing undergraduate degree in related fields; * Proficiency in FTTx and conventional optical network design and registration tools; * Basic knowledge of optical network topologies; * Experience in developing and interpreting telecommunications network projects; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate-level AutoCAD is preferred; * Experience analyzing projects from government agencies, energy concessionaires, toll road concessionaires, and others; * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the telecommunications sector; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$3.040,90 * Meal or food allowance via Alelo Tudo – R$24.29 per day * Transportation allowance * Unimed health plan – R$145.40 (with co-payment) * Bradesco Seguros dental plan – R$21.54 \- Bradesco Seguros life insurance \- Premium percentage calculated based on salary * Profit-sharing program (PPR) twice per year \*WORK HOURS\* Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch.
