Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery, ensuring alignment with established policies and deadlines. Handle import processes, monitoring procedures, documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics timelines. Evaluate and approve domestic and international suppliers, tracking performance regarding quality, delivery time, and cost. Monitor contract and purchase order compliance, address deviations, and propose solutions. Prepare procurement tracking reports and performance indicators (savings, lead time, service level). Support Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics departments in fulfilling material and service requirements. Participate in audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
