Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Structuring and planning logistics and transportation operations. * Developing, reviewing, and analyzing freight pricing and cost tables. * Monitoring and analyzing operational and performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, and proposing improvements. * Ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information in departmental systems (TMS / ERP). * Developing management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. **Job Requirements**: * **Professional Experience:** Proven experience in planning within the transportation or logistics sector. * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). * **Hard Skills:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (essential for daily tasks). * Experience with industry management systems (TMS and ERP). * Practical knowledge of cost structures, structural planning, and pricing tables. * **Desirable:** Power BI knowledge will be considered a competitive advantage. * **Soft Skills:** Highly analytical, dynamic profile with strong communication skills and adaptability to agile environments.
