




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the complete management of the vehicle fleet, ensuring maintenance, availability, quality, and operational safety, while also working with suppliers and field teams. Fleet process monitoring and control This professional will be responsible for the **vehicle fleet**, ensuring maintenance, availability, quality, and operational safety, as well as collaborating with suppliers, customers, and field teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor fleet maintenance plans; * Identify and develop suppliers to meet fleet requirements; * Monitor and audit suppliers to ensure quality and SLA compliance; * Prepare periodic fleet performance reports and dashboards; * Support field staff, ensuring service requests are addressed within agreed timelines; * Ensure documentation of evidence for each process, keeping management systems up to date; * Coordinate periodic inspection processes for all vehicles; * Develop technical information materials for distribution to customers; * Conduct training sessions on vehicles, equipment, and available resources; * Respond immediately to resolve issues affecting fleet availability, reporting risks and complexities; * Monitor fleet usage and resources through contracted tools. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School / Currently pursuing Higher Education; * Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance; * Knowledge of monitoring and control processes; * Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and suppliers. ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Clear and assertive communication; * Time management and prioritization of tasks.
