Job Summary: Participate in process improvement projects, from gathering the future vision to implementation and monitoring, developing and implementing project management methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in process improvement projects, from conception to monitoring. 2. Process modeling in BPMN and identification of opportunities and gaps. 3. Management of performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) and support for strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields; Experience as a Mid-level Process Analyst, including process mapping, design, and redesign, continuous improvement, and performance management; Proven experience in Process Improvement projects, applying methodologies; Knowledge and experience using Bizagi software; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in performance indicator management (KPIs and SLAs); Experience in project management; **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in process mapping within Finance, Maintenance, and Logistics areas. **Responsibilities:** Participate in process improvement projects, from gathering the future vision to implementation and monitoring; Model processes in BPMN, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop action plans; Develop and implement project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; Conduct workshops and productivity, improvement, and automation studies; Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making; Monitor performance indicators and establish internal controls to optimize processes; Support organizational change management and team capacity building; Analyze data for volume and time studies of activities, evaluating automation possibilities; Draft process specifications, procedures, and other supporting documentation. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
