This is your chance to take on a strategic role with direct impact on our operational performance. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and analyze performance reports and indicators, providing critical information for decision-making. * Manage operational data using BI tools and Excel to ensure information accuracy. * Support the preparation of management reports by structuring clear and effective analyses and presentations. * Monitor performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements. * Collaborate with various company departments—including Operations, Finance, and Sales—to ensure data integrity and timeliness. * Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in data analysis processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an MIS Analyst or in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (filters, pivot tables, charts, functions). * Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. * Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for data interpretation. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse tasks. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.022,06. * Grocery Allowance: R$ 400,00. * Meal Voucher: R$ 22.60 per working day. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
