Aeromecânica specializes in engineering solutions and aerospace maintenance and operates in the aviation sector. **Responsibilities:** COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT Work Location: Bacacheri Airport Summary: We seek an assistant with strong communication skills to provide customer service, receive and open service orders, directly interact with customers during budget negotiations and closing of aircraft service sales. Monitor maintenance activities, request purchases, serve internal and external customers, issue quotations, and enter records into computerized systems. Prompt response to customers, track exchange and warranty programs, and act as a liaison between technical departments, workshops, and customers. Prospect new customers; present services and products to customers; • Issue quotations and purchase orders; • Support business closure; • Identify customer requirements and market trends; • Plan sales strategies and targets; • Monitor sales and post-sales activities.
