Organized, analytical, and disciplined profile HR Analyst\- 1313 An accounting office in Curitiba is seeking an HR Analyst with an organized, analytical, and disciplined profile to perform the following activities: * Conduct onboarding processes, employment contracts, and addendums * Manage vacation schedules for employees of client companies * Perform termination calculations, notice period tracking, and labor charge assessments (INSS, FGTS, IRPF), using the DOMINIO SYSTEM) * Submit and verify eSocial, DCTFWEB, and FGTS DIGITAL obligations * Manage employee loans and payroll deductions * Provide customer support via email and phone as needed Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree * Prior experience in the field, especially in accounting offices * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Knowledge of Labor Legislation * Familiarity with the Domínio system is desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree * Meal allowance * Health insurance after probationary period * Transportation allowance
