**Job Description:**

Unimed Paraná has an opening for a Compliance Assistant to support departmental routines, contributing to process organization, metric management, whistleblowing channel oversight, training programs, and strengthening of compliance practices. Key Responsibilities: Update and manage the whistleblowing channel, ensuring organized recordkeeping, tracking response deadlines, and consolidating performance indicators; Maintain the department’s document repository in an orderly manner, ensuring traceability, organization, and compliance; Update and monitor departmental metrics according to established periodicity; Monitor execution of the annual training plan, controlling participation and effectiveness; Support formalization of Due Diligence processes, including information collection and organization; Provide support in addressing requests from state-level Unimed affiliates (Singulares); Respond to and follow up on matters related to the Compliance area; Provide ongoing support for departmental processes, contributing insights and collecting information for opinion reports; Support management of the whistleblowing channel (triage, recordkeeping, and follow-ups); Organize departmental files and evidence (policies, opinions, minutes, and supporting documents); Support the Compliance area’s communication and training plan; Update control spreadsheets and metrics; Support third-party due diligence activities and review of standard documents; Support revision of internal policies and documents under analyst supervision; Support activities related to risk management and internal controls within the Compliance area.
**Essential Requirements:**

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience or internship in the Compliance field will be considered an advantage.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Basic knowledge of Compliance, ethics, and corporate governance;
Fundamental understanding of risk management and internal controls;
Familiarity with Due Diligence and whistleblowing channels;
Document organization and management, with focus on compliance;
Monitoring of metrics and controls;
Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (basic to intermediate level);
Attention to detail, ethics, discretion, and strong communication skills.
