




Job Summary: A professional responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring assembly processes to optimize productivity, safety, and quality, as well as training teams. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization and auditing of assembly processes. 2. Participation in improvement projects and new equipment implementation. 3. Training and development of teams on processes. * Design, test, implement, and monitor the correct use of tooling for assembly processes; * Define, release, implement, audit, and maintain updated assembly processes with all required parameters and information to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and budgeted cost standards; * Identify and propose productivity improvement projects for assembly processes; * Participate in scope definition, approval, and implementation of new equipment for assembly processes; * Conduct monthly meetings with departments involved in the assembly process—such as production, maintenance, planning, and scheduling—to present improvement projects and report on their implementation status; * Train operators, team leaders, and supervisors on assembly processes whenever changes occur, and conduct audits to ensure involved personnel are properly trained and up-to-date; * Implement and maintain updated Work Instructions (WIs) and other assembly instructions, defining specific production training to ensure understanding and compliance; * Participate in scope definition, implementation, and delivery of new equipment, assuming technical responsibility for approval and release to production; * Actively participate in APQP for new products; * Actively participate in production meetings for 8D problem-solving related to forging processes; * Perform time-motion analysis of assembly operations to define standard work and productive capacity of each equipment based on measured times; * Program automated systems via robots. **Prerequisites:** * CAD 2D and 3D project experience (CREO preferred) * Microsoft Office suite * Time-and-motion analysis * Knowledge of assembly process automation * Italian language (desirable) * English language Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$8.866,30 – R$10.989,55 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
