**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1\. Surgery Scheduling and Confirmation**
Manage all hospital logistics: contact with hospitals, operating room scheduling, OPME delivery, and bed reservation (ICU/ward)
Organize documentation: informed consent forms, health insurance authorizations, and pre\-operative exams
Serve as the patient’s single point of contact—providing guidance on admission time, fasting requirements, and full preparation
**2\. Injectable Sales and Management**
Adopt a consultative approach to budget conversion—explaining protocols, packages, and payment options
Conduct active follow\-up—to ensure treatment adherence and recurrence
Interface with compounding pharmacies—to guarantee ready-to-use, verified kits available at the correct timing
**3\. Intelligent Schedule Management**
Prioritize appointments with clinical and strategic insight
Perform personalized confirmations—to reduce no\-shows and enhance perceived value
Protect the medical schedule—organizing surgery blocks, consultations, and procedures without overlap
**4\. Hospital Relationship Management**
Build networks with hospital teams and surgical departments
Accelerate approvals and resolve bureaucratic bottlenecks smoothly
Ensure excellence in the hospital experience—including pre\-operative validations when required
