Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing teams, coordinating technical and project activities, and controlling resources for industrial equipment maintenance and installation. Technical assistance and equipment inspection **Responsibilities:** * Assigning team tasks and priorities; * Mapping demand and recommending products; * Providing technical support and aligning projects; * Delivering technical assistance and conducting equipment inspections; * Managing inventory of materials and spare parts; * Preparing reports on interventions, assemblies, and replacements; * Liaising with Finance and customers; * People management: hiring, performance evaluation, and promotions; * Supporting the preparation of the annual budget. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Practical experience in industrial equipment maintenance and installation, and team leadership; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * General knowledge: industrial maintenance, mechanics, and welding; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel.
