Job Summary: We are seeking Analytics professionals to support analyses, understand business rules of digital products, work with databases, and generate insights to inform decision-making. A culture that encourages innovative ideas We are looking for Analytics professionals to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting analyses, understanding business rules of digital products, working with databases, and generating insights to support decision-making. ### **Required Skills:** * **SQL** (intermediate to advanced): writing joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, data handling, and reading relational data models. * **Data analysis:** ability to formulate hypotheses, interpret results, design metrics, and extract insights. * **Strong logical thinking:** building clear and organized workflows, rules, and validations. * **Proficiency in business rule concepts**, and ability to abstract them into analytical logic. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Interpreting business rules and translating them into analytical logic for creating metrics, KPIs, and segmentations. * Running SQL queries across various databases for data extraction, processing, and manipulation. * Conducting exploratory and structured analyses, transforming data into actionable insights. * Supporting experimental testing (e.g., A/B tests), evaluating impact and statistical significance. * Collaborating with internal teams (Product, CRM, Technology, Marketing, etc.) to understand requirements and support analytical requests. ### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Experience with Python for analytics is a plus, but not mandatory. ### **Benefits:** * **Medical insurance**: 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents). * **Dental insurance**. * **Meal allowance** or **food allowance**, with no payroll deduction. * **Life insurance**. * **Private pension plan**. * **Gympass**. * Option to purchase **company stock** at a discount. * **Pharmacy discount**\*. * **Childcare allowance**\*. * Partnership with **language schools**\*. * **Extended maternity leave** and **extended paternity leave**. * **Profit-sharing program (PPR)**\* * As per current policy. **Job Location:** **Brazil** **A team driving change** We embrace the power of change to create shared value and success for our clients, employees, shareholders, partners, and communities.
