Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting parts, evaluating drawings, issuing quality reports, and participating in non-conformance discussions within a mechanical manufacturing environment. Actively participate in continuous improvement of inspection processes **QUALITY TECHNICIAN POSITION** **Location:** Parauapebas \- PA **Responsibilities:** * Perform receiving inspections on machined parts, boilerworks, commercial items, and screening system components (screens and linings); * Evaluate mechanical drawings and conduct inspections; * Perform visual, dimensional, and hardness inspections on our products; * Assess quality certificates of third-party manufactured parts for compliance with specified, design, and regulatory requirements; * Issue inspection reports; * Prepare Data Books for refurbished equipment; * Identify and ensure correct labeling of refurbished equipment, including application of identification plates and labeling per defined standards. * Prepare Non-Conformance Reports; * Register QM batches and release inspections in the SAP system; * Conduct technical inspection visits to suppliers of outsourced items; * Propose improvements to the receiving inspection process; * Participate in meetings for internal and external non-conformance evaluation and resolution, including customer complaints. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics; * Experience conducting quality inspections in mechanical manufacturing processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of metrology and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00\. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Bonus Program, Food Allowance based on attendance (R$ 325.00\).
