We provide strategic solutions for resource optimization and sustainable development. **Responsibilities:** Lifting and Moving: Loads, unloads, and positions heavy loads (machinery, poles, transformers, containers, or metal parts) with precision. Cribbing and Leveling: Prepares the truck for operation by correctly positioning the "outriggers" (stabilizers) to prevent vehicle tipping during lifting. Signaling and Rigging: Analyzes load weight and operating distance (radius) to ensure the truck can withstand the required effort, adhering to the machine's load chart. Preventive Maintenance: Performs the daily equipment checklist, verifying hydraulic oil levels, hose leaks, and the condition of hooks and slings. Operational Safety: Ensures isolation of the boom swing area and confirms the absence of nearby power lines that could cause accidents. Logistics Support: In many engineering companies, this role also involves driving the truck to construction sites, being responsible for transporting the load on public roads.
