With the largest heavy machinery maintenance infrastructure in Latin America and a strong culture of operational excellence, we seek to develop future leaders to work in a high-performance, safety-focused, and technically managed environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance operations on heavy equipment * Support indicator management (mechanical availability, MTBF, MTTR, productivity, backlog, costs, SLA) * Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling routines * Conduct operational analyses and support data-driven decision-making * Engage in continuous improvement projects, reliability enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives * Support leadership of operational and technical field teams * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 2 years in: * Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering * Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Interest in operational management and heavy equipment maintenance * Willingness to travel and relocate nationwide * Analytical, resilient, and hands-on profile * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis is desirable * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable **Differentiators** * Experience in industrial, logistics, mining, agribusiness, or maintenance environments * Involvement in junior enterprises, scientific initiation programs, engineering leagues, or leadership projects * Knowledge of maintenance and reliability indicators * Familiarity with Lean, TPM, PCM, or continuous improvement concepts **Additional Information** Compensation: R$ 9\.0000,00 Bonus of up to 1.5 monthly salaries per year Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Meal Voucher OR On-site Cafeteria Transportation Voucher OR Company Shuttle TotalPass Armac is a national reference in delivering specialized and complex services, equipment leasing, and used equipment sales.
