We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** **Description:** * Plan, execute, and monitor community engagement activities with local communities, ensuring alignment with MILPLAN’s Social Responsibility Plan, ESG guidelines, and contractual client requirements. * Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis, perform territorial diagnostics, and support the development of social engagement strategies, considering risks, impacts, and opportunities within the territory. * Conduct community outreach, field technical visits, institutional meetings, and coordination with local leaders, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and public agencies. * Monitor social indicators, prepare technical and managerial reports, organize records and evidence, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. * Support the implementation and monitoring of MILPLAN’s social programs and projects, such as the Impacto Mil Project, Mulheres Mil Project, and initiatives focused on professional qualification, inclusion, and strengthening of the third sector. * Proactively identify and manage social risks related to operations, proposing mitigation measures and dialogue strategies. * Plan and support institutional actions and socio-educational campaigns linked to commemorative dates and strategic themes (e.g., safety, citizenship, diversity, sustainability, among others). * Conduct socioeconomic surveys of employees to analyze social profiles and map demands, as well as identify essential services available in municipalities surrounding project sites (healthcare, food, leisure, social assistance, education, etc.), supporting internal and external initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Social Work, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields.
