**About the opportunity:**
This person will be responsible for conducting field technical visits to support or perform the installation of Dynamox sensors and gateways; preparing reports; monitoring the performance of the Dynamox system; and providing remote or on-site technical support. They will carry out tests and trials; follow technical and administrative procedures, as well as safety and environmental regulations; uphold the values of Dynamox and its customers; propose improvements; and consistently foster positive team relationships.
**Key responsibilities of the role:**
* Assist in site visits to identify deviations and critical points, mapping sensor installation locations and contributing to the development of maintenance plans;
* Assist with and/or accompany the installation, configuration, and parameterization of Dynamox products, ensuring their proper operation, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs;
* Provide targeted technical assistance, responding to customer requests and preparing technical reports on interventions performed;
* Develop skills in identifying the most common types of failures in spectra and waveforms, supporting accurate diagnostics;
* Assist in machine parameterization within the system—configuring dynamic range, maximum frequency, alarms, and other parameters—as specified in technical documentation;
* Provide on-site technical support, performing failure analysis, monitoring interventions and investigations on monitored assets, always under supervision;
* Assist with and/or conduct sensitive and predictive inspection routes, following customer and management guidance to identify potential issues and anticipate solutions;
* Maintain contact with customers to exchange technical information, recording and updating the technical database of monitored assets;
* Assist in developing predictive maintenance plans for customers using vibration analysis methods and other monitoring techniques;
* Collaborate on machine parameterization within the system—configuring dynamic range, maximum frequency, waveform duration, and alarms—as specified in technical documentation;
* Transport employees when required, driving light vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
**Academic qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Completed or ongoing technical course in mechanical engineering.
