Description
We are seeking a **Contractual Administration Analyst** to work directly in the state of **Pará**, supporting contract management and execution, with a focus on fulfilling the contracted scope, identifying risks and opportunities, and safeguarding the economic\-financial outcomes of projects.
This professional will play a strategic role in contract monitoring, analysis of scope changes, management of notifications, contractual claims, and interface with areas such as Planning, Budgeting, Production, Procurement, and Projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Monitor and verify compliance with executed contracts (procured scope);
* Support identification, analysis, and control of contractual risks and opportunities;
* Prepare and monitor scope change requests, addenda, and new contracts;
* Control and analyze Daily Construction Reports (DCRs);
* Prepare, review, and manage contractual notifications received and issued;
* Analyze and manage contractual claims across all stages;
* Monitor schedule and budget deviations to safeguard economic\-financial outcomes;
* Support integration among departments involved in the contract (Planning, Production, Procurement, Projects, Budgeting);
* Support Management on matters related to contractual administration;
* Act in compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently pursuing it;
* Knowledge in Contractual Administration and/or Risk Management;
