As a **Senior Systems Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Deliver training and user support for all company systems, especially the ERP; * Design solutions by collaborating with users to identify potential systemic issues, determine root causes, resolve them, and propose improvements and automations; * Analyze and gather requirements and specifications; * Specify and validate integrations between internal systems and/or third-party systems (APIs, WebServices, etc.); * Prepare technical documentation; * Provide second-level technical support and drive continuous improvement; * Guide less experienced professionals (junior and mid-level); * Support development teams in implementing solutions; * Monitor tests (functional, integrated, and acceptance) and validate deliveries with users; * Manage SLA for internally opened tickets and those with software vendors; * Conduct acceptance testing for new system versions; * Perform configuration/testing of new functionalities.
