Proactive identification of improvements and technical support to customers The Installer/Maintainer is responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security equipment at customer sites and at the company’s base, including alarms, sensors, CCTV cameras, and electric fences. This involves interpreting service orders, sketches, and project schedules. Inspecting and activating systems, conducting tests, and correcting potential failures. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on systems. Preparing technical documents in accordance with safety standards, best installation practices, hygiene, and environmental protection requirements. Applying checklists, generating reports, and recording incidents. * Install equipment and systems in compliance with specified technical requirements and established safety standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, identifying and resolving potential failures; * Conduct operational testing of installed equipment to ensure efficiency and safety; * Replace damaged parts and components following manufacturer guidelines; * Prepare technical reports documenting performed activities, interventions, and solutions adopted; * Stay updated on new technologies and procedures in the field of equipment installation and maintenance; * Proactively identify improvements in installation and maintenance processes; * Interact with customers and end-users, clarifying doubts and providing technical support when required; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite to ensure safety and smooth workflow; * Safeguard materials, tools, PPE, and vehicles necessary for installations and maintenance; * Collaborate with the technical team, sharing knowledge and experience to continuously improve work performance.
