We are seeking professionals to work as **Financial Coordinator** in Curionópolis \- PA. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate financial teams and services, as well as foreign exchange, credit, and banking activities; Prepare departmental budgets; Coordinate payment execution and verify compliance, together with the finance team; Perform collections, coordinating and identifying alternatives to resolve outstanding issues; Directly handle foreign exchange matters; Participate in meetings with direct leaders and the finance team, responsible for guiding the team according to company directives; Guide the generation, timeliness, and quality of information included in cash flow reports, as required by periodicity or company-defined needs, including current accounts, investments, and financing, aiming to control the company’s financial resources; Strengthen interfaces and alignment of information among accounts payable and receivable, treasury, investments, financing, foreign exchange, and other functions with Accounting and Tax departments, ensuring data consistency passed to various company levels; Negotiate with financial institutions for optimal resource terms, interest rates, payment deadlines, and other related conditions, aiming to meet loan or financing requests submitted by the Executive Board; Interact with banks regarding routine treasury operations, resource availability, document submission, deadline negotiations, and other matters, aiming for optimal financial flow planning and control. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA; Advanced or fluent English; Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams; Relevant professional experience. **Desired Requirements:** Knowledge of People Management; Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel. **Additional Information** Residency in Parauapebas or Curionópolis \- PA is required. ***A Modern Mining Company*** **Working Together to Create Value** One of our greatest assets is our people, and our values differentiate us and sustain a unique culture we enjoy today and into the future. **How We Work Together:** * Acting with integrity toward all stakeholders. * Thinking and acting differently. * Building a culture of respect that enables our people to succeed. * Focusing on partnership and collaboration, not hierarchy. * Delivering superior results through effective planning and agile execution. * Doing what was agreed upon and executing it.
