Job Summary:
Coordinate and supervise geotechnical drilling activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, technical standards, and field safety.

**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and supervise geotechnical drilling activities in the field;
* Assign tasks to the team, ensuring compliance with schedules and technical standards;
* Monitor service execution according to technical standards and project specifications;
* Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Monitor productivity, field records, and field reports;
* Support the technical team in interpreting drilling results;
* Ensure occupational safety and sound environmental practices;
* Report deviations, risks, or maintenance needs to coordination.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proven experience in drilling (SPT, rotary, combined, or similar methods);
* Field team leadership experience;
* Availability for fieldwork and travel.
**Desirable:**
* Technical course in Construction, Mining, or related fields;
* Driver's license category B;
* Knowledge of reading geotechnical drawings and reports.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$3\.853,91 per month
