Assembling and installing mechanical assemblies and metal structures An engineering services company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Parauapebas (Cidade Nova). Plangecon is a company specialized in economic planning and consulting. We provide strategic solutions for resource optimization and sustainable development. **Responsibilities:** Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conducts scheduled inspections (e.g., filter, oil, and belt replacements) to prevent breakdowns and repairs equipment that suddenly stops operating at construction sites. Fault Diagnosis: Uses measurement and analysis instruments to identify the root cause of issues in hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems. Assembly and Installation: Assembles and adjusts mechanical assemblies, machines, or metal structures according to technical drawings and engineering specifications. Component Repair: Dismantles machines, replaces worn parts, performs precision adjustments, alignments, and, if necessary, modifications to improve performance. Lubrication and Conservation: Manages lubrication of gears and bearings, and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of company tools and machinery. Safety and Regulations (NR-12): Ensures machines operate in compliance with safety regulations, including installation of protective devices and verification of emergency equipment. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Equipment Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, or Industrial Mechanic may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this role. High school diploma required.
