Preparation for internal and external audits * We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounting information, providing essential support for the company’s strategic decision-making. We seek someone proficient in: Accounting Classification and Journal Entries: Classify and record accounting documents, ensuring all transactions are accurately registered. Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank account and trial balance reconciliations, guaranteeing the accuracy of reported balances. Accounting Closing: Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes. Financial Performance Analysis: Prepare financial reports and statements for performance analysis, identifying potential variances and recommending corrective actions. Audit Support: Prepare and organize documentation and information for internal and external audits. Compliance with Ancillary Obligations: Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations such as DCTF, SPED, ECD, among others. Legislation Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current accounting and tax regulations, ensuring company operations remain compliant. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. Prior experience in accounting, preferably in accounting firms. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting principles, tax and fiscal legislation. Experience with Senior software and advanced Excel. Personal Skills: Analytical ability, attention to detail, proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. Active CRC registration.
