




**Job Description:** We are looking for a professional with leadership skills, results-oriented and strategic vision to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring contract compliance, service quality and technical development of the team. Monitor and control rework services, identify root causes and conduct training to prevent recurrence. Manage daily department activities, ensuring expense control according to budget. Guide mechanics on work sequence, organization, tool usage, PPEs and technical documentation. Ensure contract compliance and drive improvements through monitoring of KPIs and processes. Assess required resources (personnel, tools, vehicles) with supervisors, ensuring availability for activity execution. Have in-depth knowledge of contracts, operational standards, safety and environmental procedures. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements. Deliver correctly completed forms and reports to the planning department, according to the Maintenance Management Manual. Encourage team's technical growth by promoting training and development opportunities. Attend meetings with clients and internal teams, aligning expectations, deadlines and process progress. Hold periodic meetings with mechanics and planning departments, seeking productivity and quality improvements. Train mechanics and leaders on technical procedures and repairs, ensuring high team qualification. Review and validate OS/Backlog form completion, ensuring data integrity. Monitor maintenance activities' progress, adjusting resources and priorities to eliminate bottlenecks. Technical or higher education in maintenance, engineering or operations management related fields. Proven experience in technical team leadership and maintenance management. Knowledge of maintenance management systems and operational indicators. Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
