




Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving customers, conducting sales and cash operations, managing the vehicle fleet, and assisting with administrative and maintenance processes. Comprehensive customer support during vehicle rental and usage **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Receive customers at stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations. * Conduct sales of additional services offered by the company. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. * Responsible for driving and delivering vehicles to customers, providing support and information regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle. * Verify and monitor reservations in the system to organize vehicle availability, aiming to reduce fleet idleness. * Identify and register customers on-site and in the system, verifying documents. * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad-hoc contracts. * Classify, separate, organize, and forward rental-related documents to store administrative departments. * Assist in driving the vehicle during customer pickup and return. * Assist in transferring vehicles between stores, gas stations, and other service providers. * Issue service orders required to ensure vehicle availability for store operations and customer service. * Assist in inspecting fleet vehicles, indicating availability/unavailability, and supporting vehicle dispatch for maintenance processes. * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary steps to make them available for rental. * Occasionally deliver and receive rented vehicles, performing inspection procedures (check\-list). **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a rotating 6X1 schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
